    How do I order on AlohaMate?
    1. Take a minute to register with AlohaMate for free. (optional)
    2. Login to the AlohaMate shopping system.
    3. Search or browse for products, and if you wish to buy an item, click Add to Cart.
    4. On the Shopping Cart page, enter the quantity you want and click Update Cart to update the subtotal. Click Continue Shopping to shop for additional products or Checkout to begin the checkout process.
    5. Check and confirm your address, write your comments if you have instructions to give. Choose the shipping method and click Continue.
    6. Chose the payment method and click Continue.
    7. Confirm your order, enter your payment information, and wait to hear from us! 

    How do I specify a larger quantity for an item?
    When you add an item to your Shopping Cart, you will see a default quantity of 1 under the Qty. column. Change the quantity to the amount desired and click Update Cart. The Shopping Cart will now reflect your new quantity. You may then click Continue Shopping to shop for more items or Checkout to start the checkout process

    Where are you located?
    Our Singapore operation is located at 45 Jalan Mata Ayer, Singapore 759130 which is our stock outlet. Please do not walk in as it is not a retail store. Our Hong Kong operations are located at Unit B, 2/F, High Fashion Centre, 1 - 11 Kwai Hei Street, Kwai Chung.
    Placing Orders

    I want to buy more, but your stock is insufficient.
    AlohaMate's advanced information platform automatically notifies the appropriate factory, so we will have replenishment stock in about a week or two after we receive your order and payment.

    How do I cancel my order?
    You may change an order online up until you click Confirm Order during checkout. Once you confirm, we will not process the order until we receive payment. So if you'd like to cancel the order, just don't send us payment and we won't process the order. If you have already completed payment, please email us as soon as possible. We will try to make necessary arrangement with you.

    What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
    We have no minimum order sizes or volume requirements. Whether it's one unit or a full container, buy only what you need.

    What does my order status mean?
    1. Incomplete - This means we have not received the information about your payment. 2. Processing - This usually means we are preparing and packing your order. 3. Waiting for bank transfer - This means we are waiting for your payment through bank transfer, this usually takes 2-7 days. 4. Shipped - This means your order has shipped. 5. Cancelled - This means your order has been cancelled.

    Can I change my order after I've already paid for it?
    Please always inform us first if you wish to make changes to an order you have already paid for. Your order may have been processed or sent out already. If you want to make changes, please let us know immediately. If you email us asking to make changes, we will hold the order until you have confirmed your instructions.

    Can your products be used in my country?
    Most of our products can be used worldwide. Standards for telecom products are clearly stated in their product descriptions. For electronic products, we include the correct power adapters for the country to which the order is being sent.

    Are your products sent with manuals?
    Products with many features and significant functionality such as MP3/MP4 players and digital cameras are sent with a user manual in English, sometimes along with other languages. Many products are simple to understand and operate, and thus do not come with manuals.

    Do you have original iPods, Canon, Sony, or other major brands?
    No, we do not. AlohaMate's certified factories are the same world class factories that manufacturer products for the global brand names you know well. But since you are buying directly from these factories, the products are their own "white box" (unbranded) or private labeled versions and designs. You get the benefit of the quality manufacturing behind global brands, but with no middlemen or huge marketing budgets adding to the price.

    Can you print our logo on the products?
    Yes, we offer this service according to the following:
    1. We will need to make you a confirmation sample with your desired logo. We will collect US$120 from you to do this, which will be credited back to you on the full production order. 2. There is a minimum order value requirement of US$200.
    3. The printing charge is around US$1 per unit for screen printing. More complete packaging arrangements can also be made upon your request. Please contact us via email to begin the process.

    Which payment methods do you accept?
    AlohaMate.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through PayPal account. We also accept Visa and MasterCard through Paymate account. Finally, we accept secure direct bank transfers to our bank accounts in Singapore and Australia. Customers ordering from Singapore are encouraged to use bank transfer via POSB or DBS online banking. For Australian buyers, online fund transfer is available to our Australia bank account, Citibank in Sydney, Australia.

    Where is the bank transfer information?
    Please proceed to Checkout with your order. Once you select bank transfer as your payment method, our bank information will appear and you may note down our Bank Account Details. We offer bank transfer to Singapore bank, DBS, POSB, OCBC and Citibank.

    How do I pay via PayPal?
    During checkout in our website, choose PayPal as the payment option. Once you click Confirm Order, you will be transferred to PayPal to enter the details of your payment. For your security, your account number and other financial information will remain securely with PayPal and not be communicated to us

    I'm having problems during checkout, especially concerning connectivity to PayPal and Paymate
    During checkout in AlohaMatae, if you choose to complete the payment online, you will be redirected to either PayPal or Paymaye to complete the transaction. On some occasions, the payment transaction cannot be completed. The most common problems are:

    1. Network timeouts during transferring from AlohaMate to PayPal or Paymate screens.
    2. A toolbar you may have installed in your browser is preventing a Javascript redirect to the payment screens.
    3. Javascript is disabled in your browser. In such cases, your order status will remain Imcomplete and this order is considered void.

    Please try to disable any toolbar functions or enable Javascript in your browser. Then, restart your browser and place the order again.

    I can't complete my payment with PayPal because it's telling me that my order has already been paid for. What should I do?
    There may be a network problem with PayPal. If you are consistently having problems when you try to pay with PayPal, try paying by Paymate or bank transfer.

    Do I have to pay import taxes and customs duties?
    Products are shipped out of Singapore or Hong Kong so your country considers them import goods and it may charge you import duties depending on the type of products and their value. AlohaMate charges you only the cost of the products you order and their shipping. As local laws, systems, codes and practices vary widely among countries, we are unable to collect any taxes or duties that your local authorities may impose upon you. This is the buyer's responsibility. If you are familiar with your local regulations, however, we will be glad to follow your instructions concerning labeling, packaging, and invoicing, to aid customs processing and appropriate tax assessments of your packages.     What if my parcel is held by local customs?

When you make a purchase with us, regardless of value, you can return the product(s) within 14 days from the date we first shipped your order for refund or replacement. Whether the product is defective, seems defective, you are welcome to send it back to us and you can choose a replacement of the same product or product of the same value. However, the original and return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or reimbursed under all circumstances. And we are not responsible for returned products lost in post.     What is your warranty policy?
    We require all factories that offer products on AlohaMate to provide warranty coverage on everything they sell. This coverage extends to the consumers that purchase the products from you. We know, however, that dealing with hundreds of factories on warranty service would be nearly impossible for you, let alone your customers, so AlohaMate will take care of all that on your behalf. Our promise is that all warranties will get honored, even if we have to honor them ourselves.

    How long is your warrant period?
    For the length of time shown here, the warranty covers parts and labor for the repair or replacement of products due defects in materials or workmanship under normal consumer usage. This excludes normal wear and tear, defects from abuse or misuse, and software modifications including firmware flashing.
